Introduction

Do you already have an account as an employee and do you work for multiple employers that use CrewPlanner as a planning tool? Great! This is not a problem at all, in our application the profiles of these different employers are merged into one account. This way you can consult all your shifts in one agenda.

Submitting availabilities

In AVAILABILITY you can consult the upcoming projects of all your employers and respond to them. You will find the name of your employer next to the name of the client for whom the shift is taking place.

CrewTip! Use the filter on this page to consult the projects of one of your employers.

If you indicate via the day availability which days you are available or not, then this will also be displayed at all employers.

Scheduled at the same time for two employers

Are you scheduled by two different employers at the same time?

Then you will receive a notification.

Important to know is that your employers will not receive information from CrewPlanner that you are already scheduled for other employers! This is because your data from the various employers is not shared with third parties.

Therefore, when you are scheduled at the same time for several employers, you will have to take action yourself. What are your options?

Selecting the notification will take you to the day in the calendar where you can view these shifts.

Here you can either cancel one of the shifts by requesting a withdrawal or you can contact one of your employees to inform them about this.

Consult report or profile

If you have several profiles and you consult the REPORT or PROFILE page, you will be asked for which of your employers you wish to consult this page. On these pages you will only see information for the employer you have selected.
