Introduction
Through a connection with our partner MobieTrain, your employer is able to notify you of new training courses via CrewPlanner. Moreover, you can access these trainings via the MobieTrain connection in your profile.
Where to find MobieTrain
Once your employer has made the connection with MobieTrain, you will be notified of new training courses via a red bullet in the top right of your profile picture. If you select your profile picture, you will find MobieTrain in the menu.
Once you click on this, you will be directed to MobieTrain. The first time you access MobieTrain, you will be asked to select your language and accept their Terms and Conditions:
Once completed, you select Next and you will be transferred to MobiTrain where you will be able to access any available training.
CrewTip! If a message is displayed that your account does not have playable content associated, please contact your employer. They manage their MobiTrain account and content.
