Give your supervisors an overview of the clocked hours of an active project.

Introduction

With this function, the supervisors will have an overview in the app of the clocked hours versus the scheduled hours of a project. A progression bar will show how many hours have already been worked by the employees in total.


How to set up timer progress

Navigate to SETTINGS and select CONFIGURATION, here you will find on the left a field to set Timer Progress.

If you select this field, a dropdown will appear with three options: Off, Department and Job title.

  • Off: By selecting this, your turn off this function.

  • Department: Timer progression will be shown by department

  • Job title: Timer progression will be shown per Job title


Supervisor overview in the app

In the app, as soon as the project is active, the supervisor has an overview of the timer progress in the CREW tab.

By selecting this bar, the supervisor has a detailed overview according to the settings you have set as a manager.
